12 Healthy Habits-January: Veggie Up!

Okay ya'll

Month One:
Veggie Up!

Eat at least three servings of fruits and veggies a day.



What is your game plan?

Mine is this:

Snack
Snack
Meal.

2 snacks during the day should be a fruit or a veggie:
Sliced peppers,
Celery,
An apple, (counts for 2 servings!)
Some frozen berries.
Anything, as long as I have a fruit or vegetable for my snack rather than chips, or crackers, or something.


Meal.
With dinner every night I will prepare a vegetable.
Be looking for side dish recipes to help you along the way, I'll be sure to post plenty!


Any tips or tricks you plan to use to get you into this habit?
