"Alcohol and dogs, two things guaranteed to be a good time"
A friend said that to me the other day.
He was so right, you guys.
So, when my sister and I heard that the Cincinnati Chapter of the National Canine Cancer Foundation would be starting off their "Pink Paw Summer Series" at MadTree Brewing Company, we had to check it out.
The National Canine Cancer Foundation is a non-profit corporation working to improve treatments, find cures, and bring down the costs of diagnosing and treating canine cancer.
They love puppies, so we love them.

The Pink Paw Summer Series in hopes to raise awareness about canine cancer, raise money for research, and get one step closer to finding a cure.
Who doesn't love and good cause? Especially a good cause that involves hanging out with your dog, and having a beer?
I mean, check out these best friends, just having a chat:
Or these best friends:
For those of you who haven't been to MadTree yet, you HAVE to check it out:
5164 Kennedy Ave.
MadTree has a great taproom with a bunch of folks behind the bar and they bring in different food trucks for the night.
Any place where you can score your dart game on a brick wall is cool by me, y'all.
Among the wonderful street eats you can catch at MadTree are:
Hen of the Woods
The taproom is open Wednesday-Sunday:
Wednesday: 4PM- 10PM
Thursday 4PM- 12AM
Friday: 4PM- 1AM
Saturday 12PM- 1AM
Sunday 12PM- 8PM
Check out the taproom, grab some food truck grub, and hang out.
You can play some darts, listen to some rockin' live music, or if you catch 'em on the right day, drink for a good cause.
A busy taproom- great sight for the local guys. I love the support!
Just some canines, doin their thing, you guys.
Cornhole tournament for a good cause.
It was a little warm this day, but water and shade of near by car did the trick for this hot pup.
Madtree is great. Go check it out, and get the psycHOPathy or the Happy Amber. Those are my faves.
