Holiday Gift Guide: Gifts for your Health Nut Chef

"Sorry, I can't meet up at the wine bar tonight you guys, I have to go to the gym"
I know y'all have this friend.

I have been this friend.
Hell, I am this friend 5 days out of the week.
I have said that in the last 7 days.

Or how about this one:
"The burger looks really good, but I think I'll just have a salad... I'm considering starting a detox"
Oh ga-wd, I've said that in the last 24 hours.

So, okay.  Your friend is healthy.
Yeah, sometimes its' a little annoying and you're like "shut up and make some mac n cheese for once"
But they also cook you delicious healthy meals and you feel great after.

This person cares about things like saturated fat, and body fat percentage.
They shop at whole foods and constantly have like an entire garden in their refrigerator.
All jokes aside, it really is salads for lunch, and very few starches.
They actually stick to the 5-6 small meals a day and encourage those around them to make healthier choices.
You've recently gone for a run and swapped out soda for a bottle of water because you are friends with this person.
Over the top at times, you have to admit, they actually do help you out.

This kitchen person likely has a lot of their bases covered, but these are a few suggestions that your fit fanatic chef will love.

Gift Guide: The Health Nut

One. "Herb Garden Markers" (Bourbon & Boots).  I know your health nut grows their own herbs.  Or has the ambition to.  Motivate them with these adorable pot markers.  Available in 5, 10 or 15 piece sets.
Two. "Green B.E.A.N. Produce Bin" (Green B.E.A.N. Delivery).  I guarantee you this person goes to the grocery 2 or 3 times a week getting produce.  Help them out by giving them an organic produce bin filled with home grown local fruits and veggies.  Read my review of Green B.E.A.N. here.  To gift one: If you are already a member looking to give this- simply login into your account.  If you are a non member, you can email or call customer service (513)761-2326
Three. "Eat A Salad Lunch Bag" (Fluf). Because obviously this person packs their lunch  And good money says its a salad.  At least they can be a little cheeky with it.
Four. "Nutribullet" (Nutribullet).  Because smoothies.
Five. "Box Appetit Lunch Box" (Uncommon Goods). Ugh.  Their salad is always wilted at work because of the dressing.  What if you have a black bean and corn salsa to mix into your southwest chicken salad?!  Problem solved with this adorable box with divided compartments.

P.S. Definitely gift three and five together.

Best of luck with your health nut!
