Guys. Lunch this week has been super delicious and super easy.
Smoked Salmon Avocado Toast
Here's what ya need:
2 slices of whole grain bread
1/2 an avocado- peeled, pitted and smashed
1/4 c. diced tomato
2 tbsp diced red onion
1/4 c. smoked salmon- shredded
salt and pepper
And here's what ya do:
1. Toast the bread and spread avocado over each slice. Top with salt and pepper.
2. Divide the rest of your ingredients and top your avocado toast with salmon, tomato, and red onion.
